backup

before I upgrade to 10.04 from karmic, I want to backup all of my files and documents. I used apt on cd to save the downloads and repositories. can anybody recommend a program to do a all saved files, music , video backup that will work with 10.04. My pc is dedicated , no windows.:confused:

try simple backup and restore.
It is in the repositories and it works very well with me.
