For some reason my Kmail will not send any more. I I can receive I just can not send. I am using a basic pop server and I have gone over and over the info I put in to send and EVERYTHING is put in correctly. But this is what keeps popping up:

Message sending failed since the following recipients were rejected by the server:
louisroux@comcast.net (The server responded: "5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [174.59.7.9] blocked using zen.dnsbl.hs; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=174.59.7.9")
The message will stay in the 'outbox' folder until you either fix the problem (e.g. a broken address) or remove the message from the 'outbox' folder.
