i decided to install zsnes, my favorite snes emulator. after awhile, for some stupid reason i couldnt find it in games anymore. i tried "sudo apt-get remove"-ing it but i get:
(Reading database ... 40%dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
files list file for package 'zsnes' is missing final newline
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
so that means there is a problem with the databases. i then tried installing a program from the software center, and it couldnt install. this is a problem.
