Reran the bootscript. I have also removed other linux partition that I had. So now I only have one Windows XP partition (sda1) and Ubuntu 10.04 (sda5).

Also when I look at the Disk Utility and GParted now, I see some info that I dont know how to translate. I do see some unallocated space /dev/sda but its got -ve bytes. I also have exclamation sign next to my ntfs and when i look at info, i see some information about it. Picture attached.
