Yesterday I was upgrading from Karmic to Lucid and everything was running smoothly until all of a sudden the screen went black. So, I decided to restart the cpu. I wasn't able to access gnome right away, but with time I was able to get into a half-working gnome with broken packages. 11 to be exact. Anyway, I tried to continue upgrading, but update manager said I wouldn't be able to and that I had to go to terminal and type "apt-get install -f". It didn't work and said there were "unmet dependencies". I tried other various methods to fix this problem, but it's a little difficult without internet. Any thoughts?
