Hello guys,
I want to upgrade my ubuntu 9.10 installtion to 10.04. However, the upgrade requires 668 MB of data to be downloaded. Unfortunately, I have download volume restrictions on my internet plan. So, I can't afford to doownload this huge amount of data.
However, my University is maintaining a local mirror of ubuntu, which is not listed in official mirrors. It is located at:
http://ringtail.its.monash.edu.au/pub/linux/ubuntu/
and
http://ringtail.its.monash.edu.au/pub/linux/ubuntu-releases/
Now, I need a way to upgrade my release using these local mirrors. Any ideas how to do it ?
