Sound Level slider on lower Panel ?

Hey, ive upgraded my ubuntu 8.10 to 10.04 and MOSTLY everything is going well. There are a few small issues, however. During the upgrade, for some reason, the sound volume slider I placed on the bottom panel vanished. Now, i right click the bottom panel, and try to add a volume slider, but no options are present. How can i add a volume slider to the bottom panel ?

No worries, for others it is called the "indicator applet" and contains the sound, battery, bluetooth, and monitor information.
