GRUB won't load Windows XP.

GRUB won't load Windows XP after upgrating 9.10 Ubuntu to 10.04 and reinstalling GRUB 1. Stuck on "Starting up...".

Tried "map" and "boot" but didn't worked.

I have the same problem. I dual boot windows 7 and Ubuntu, and since the upgrade from 9.10 to lucid I can no longer load windows 7.

I tried the solution posted by ctsbc but the problem remains.

The OP should change this to solved so users that have similar problems when searching will find it.

Start a new thread and post your results.txt from the boot info script. (link to it in ctsbc post)
