gnome-volume-control crash

When I start gnome-volume-control, I get error message:

Assertion 'b' failed at pulsecore/memblock.c:451, function pa_memblock_acquire(). Aborting.
and gnome-volume-control crash :confused:

OS: Fresh Ubuntu 10.04

I get the same error message, when I use skype (on my Lenovo ideapad - if that helps) and could not solve it yet.
