Are you having this problem with your upgrade???

I can't enable my desktop effects. When I go to Custom under Visual Effect I get an error saying visual effect can't be enabled.
And I have a huge black block when ever I open my browser because of my Cairo Dock. Is anyone else having these problems with their upgrade to 10.04?
