Hi, I have both tried to upgrade to 10.4 from 9.10 and made burnt a new CD with 104. Non of these options work on my Dell D400.
After upgrade the computer will not boot (you get the first ubuntu screen and the 5 red dots and then the screen goes black.
Trying to install from CD it is basically the same story. I choose install ubuntu the ubuntu logo comes up, the five red dots blink and after a while the procedures stops with a blank screen.
Can this be an installation issue with new 10.4 or an issue with graphics?
The CD was burnt and verified for errors.
