can i install the full version of Ubuntu using wubi

I want to install Ubuntu 10.04 to my Toshiba laptop but for some reason my laptop's bios won't boot from my usb i have it set to boot from usb first. I also want to delete windows from my computer Please Help if you can.

P. S. I want to install ubuntu 10.04 64 bit :confused: :confused: :confused:
