Hello everyone,
firstly i thank all the Ubuntu community for their efforts.:guitar:
i used VMware 7.0 to install Ubuntu and some stragne issues during that:

-the progress bar signal goes to 357% at the middle of the initialisation phase.
-i get into the installation without asking me about regional settings, partitionation and other stuff..i mean directly to copying files ! wich 'd hurt my windows part if that was on real HDD.
-when i finished the installation the logon screen appears but the keyboard does'nt seem to be working coz i can't type my password...so i've not logged in yet !!
any suggestion please ?

Sound like a VMware issue or a bad image. Did you MD5sum it?
