View Full Version : [ubuntu] [10.04] no option to install?

hi
first of all
i had the beta 2 of 10.04 on my pc
now i wanted to do a clean install of the final
i burned the 32bit image to an dvd-rw (old pentium cup) and booted via cd
but it just takes me to an login screen where i have to enter a password =/
until there i got no options to do anything

does somebody know what to do?

Go into your BIOS screen when your computer first boots and set the the option to boot from the CD first.
You probably have to hit del or F2 or something to get into your BIOS setup screen.

Check that and come back . . .
