I am having trouble upgrading to 10.04 LTS. Here is the error:

The upgrade is now aborted. Please check your Internet connection or installation media and try again. All files downloaded so far are kept.

Failed to fetch http://mirror.umoss.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/f/festlex-cmu/festlex-cmu_1.4.0-6_all.deb 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://mirror.umoss.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/f/festlex-poslex/festlex-poslex_1.4.0-5_all.deb 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://mirror.umoss.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gtkglext/libgtkglext1_1.2.0-1ubuntu1_i386.deb 404 Not Found

They found a bug at the last minute that had to be fixed
so it will not be up for upgrade or download yet i found
it on omgubuntu (http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/)

today, i've got exactly the same errors when upgrading from karmic to lucid. pls note the date of my post. it seems to me that some mirror sites leave their software out of date for too long. with a software source settings set to the best one - the one that downloads fastest, update manager informed me that my system was up to date less than one hour ago. but when i changed the update site to the main site it showed 4 updates. after having the system updated accordingly, upgrading to lucid was performed successfully.
