Hi,

I currently have Windows 7 installed on my personal computer, and Windows Vista installed on a secondary hard drive.
I'd like to create a partition on the Vista drive for Ubuntu.

However, the difficulty is that I control my PC remotely from work every day using Remote Desktop. I'd quite like to do the same with the Ubuntu installation (using VNC or something similar).
The problem with this is that it will require me to boot into 7/Vista/Ubuntu without physically being at the PC at boot time.

Currently, I can just modify the default OS in the Windows boot loader remotely, and then restart if I want to use the other operating system.

Am I able to modify GRUB from Windows, or is there a third party bootloader that I can edit from within each of my OS's to ensure I boot to my preferred system?

Many thanks.
