Hi guys I'm gonna paint my old laptop since its all scrathed up and the paint is coming off. I found this krylon fusion paint and it says bonds without a primer and no sanding required.Do you guys think I should still use a primer and sand it down abit or just use this paint and then a clear coat.thanks:)

I think I'd stick with just a clear-coat on the screen, and don't use ammonia on it either. I hear that will damage laptop screens.

Always sand....might go with some 500 grit.
Prime
let dry
Paint with your color
let dry
Paint with clear coat as many coats as possible while letting it dry very well between coats.
Let dry for a day or so indoors (somewhere very dry) Stuff dont dry outdoors here in coastal Texas ;)

Get some 1500 grit and some 2000 grit sandpapaer and rubbing compound from autozone (automotive store)
get a bucket of sopey water.
Wet sand with 1500 grit.
Wet sand with 2000 grit.
Polish with rubbing compound.

You will get a nice automotive looking clearcoat :-D
Lotsa youtube vids on this.
