Annoyed with 10.04 so far. Just finished upgrading and i've lost the ability to connect to the internet with my wireless adapter and then when I try to boot into Windows XP from GRUB I just get a blinking hyphen in the top left hand corner! :(

They found a bug very late on and are respinning the ISO's now. Not sure how long that will take though.

It is already available for download in Germany! It is being offered for download here via CHIP magazine.
Update: Chip magazine just informed that the download is not in fact the new version but only daily images. Their mistake. It should not be downloaded!

That would be impossible, since all timezones cover 26 hours (-12 to +14).

I hope it's released before 4PM CST. I have to download at work cause I do not have high speed at home, Yes I live in BFE, and I am off for the next 3 days. That would suck to have to go work just to DL.

I would get the daily build then. It has the grub bug which doesn't detect other os's but after install if you run sudo update-grub all will be sorted.
