After I installed and played with Compiz fusion in Xubuntu 9.10 I screwed my desktop and I don't know how to get it back to normal.. :(
Windows have no title bars, no borders, and the menu bars are on top of the sreen hiding the top xubuntu menu bar. As you can see, the Firefox menu bar is on top in the next picture:
