installing Windows 7 after Ubuntu

Hey guys i wanna noe how do i install windows 7 after ubuntu withouyt loosing the grub loader thing .. u all noe what i mean please lend a hand to this total noob...

You can install Win 7 after Ubuntu but you will have to reinstall grub from an Ubuntu disk or a boot rescue cd
