ok so I have all of the CCSM things installed. but what im really after is changing the setting for the black-backed notification box that shows up in the top-right-ish of the screen whenever say an email is received or the song is changed or a network connection is established or lost.

ideally i want to be able to change the location. my laptop's screen is broken and there's a small puddle of LCD juices covering most of the notification area. i see that theres a notification, just not really what it is! hahaha, i know 'replace my screen.' yeah thats out, cheap laptop, cheap owner, not worth the money. i get by with everything else i would just like to know what my notifications say!
