nice logo .. now if ONLY they could get it to work as advertised. But such a hard battle what with all of the poorly coded Windows programs that they have to deal with! It is amazing that they even get what they have achieved to work!!

the wine is the right colour for me at least :)

It's good, but the colour split on the WINE is distracting and makes it hard to read. It would be better with the WINE logo completely in the white section so it stands out.

I'm usually a pretty big critic of other people's idea of art. But I really like the logo.

I don't like it. Emboss makes it look cheap, unfortunately. And the 90° drop shadow looks kinda weird.

someone at OMGubuntu was asking the community to help producing banners of linux apps... just noticed it was a nice chance to challenge my girl :)

I just noticed something, why are there bubbles in the glass of wine? Wouldn't that instead make it champagne?

enlighten me please

Emboss is a quick and dirty trick, it makes objects such as the main rectangle look like big plastic toys. Fake 3D effects tend to look that way.

As for the drop shadow, I don't know, it's big and make the text stand out from the rest, I find it weird. not to mention that the text has been embossed as well.
