Need some help with Thunderbird

When i click my thunderbird link in my application menu, it comes up with "Starting mozilla thunderbird" and then dissapears and doesnt load. It works perfectly on the other user account, just not mine.

Any Ideas?

Try running Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal
then type in 'thunderbird' without the quotes and press enter.
See what text/error messages it displays.
