How to reset your panels to the default?

I am making a guide for newbs of ubuntu on how to get a windows 7 taskbar, but I would like to make sure if everything goes wrong, there is a way they can restore it to the default, out of the box configuration.

I'm guessing this is a terminal command, but what is it?
