Hi,
When I left my computer (running Karmic Koala) unattended for some time it went into 'sleep' mode, but when I came back and tried to carry on using it it wouldn't wake up! I had to do a hard shutdown, then restart it.
I realise I shouldn't be leaving it for long periods switched on when I am not using it because this is a waste of power and affects my carbon footprint adversely, but I have now switched off the energy-saving 'sleep' mode in the Power Management section in System Preferences.
My screen saver works though so has this been fixed in Lucid Lynx?
