I'm running 9.04. I ran yesterday's updates with no problems and everything worked fine all day.
This morning when I tried to boot I get the BIOS message then...nothing. Just a flashing cursor. No boot, no boot menu, no error messages, just sits there and flashes.
I have a live CD, but how do you start try to dx such a vague problem? I keep my data backed up so I'm not worried about losing anything, but it's still a pain to rebuild from a fresh install. I'd like to try and rescue this setup if I can.
