Zeus (http://http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeus_(trojan_horse)) is a trojan horse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trojan_horse_(computing)) not a virus. The Zeus botnet only targets Windows machines.

It's a windows virus.
In order to run every reboot, the malware modifies
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit
registry key
