Login Screen Change Lucid

How do you change the login screen in Lucid? They removed the option from System>Administration>Login Settings and I can't find where the login screen files go. I'll keep looking they gotta be here somewhere!

I have wanted to know the same thing but decided that while it was still in beta I wouldnt poke around.

If anyone knows the answer I would like to know as well.
