Des Moines Iowa has been home for about twenty years now, as frightening as that seems to me. :p

I am native Iowan as well, born in Jefferson Iowa, grew up in Harcourt, Pella and Hawkeye. (my father managed grain elevators and we moved around a bit.) I have also lived in Iowa City.
