I installed the 195.36.15 NVIDIA driver from the NVIDIA website, and after restarting the computer, the ubuntu logo shows (right before the login screen), and I am met with a black screen followed by my computer restarting. I have tried installing the NVIDIA drivers in all possible ways, and I am met with this problem every time. I have dual GeForce 8600 GT video cards. I would really love to get the NVIDIA drivers installed, so any help is appreciated. Thank you!
