I've been using aptitude to search and install security updates for quite A while. While trying to find a command-line replacement I tried this command
aptitude search '?and(~U,~Asecurity)' This shows security updates most of the time, but occasionally it includes other updates which aptitude screens does not list as security updates.
What is the best command to search for security updates?
Aptitude version 0.4.11.11
