cannot update certain package !

when i update my computer, i receive this error message can anyone tell me why and how to fix it ?

Failed to fetch http://packages.medibuntu.org/dists/karmic/free/binary-i386/Packages.gz 504 Gateway Time-out
Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

The Medibuntu repo. is down. Try again tomorrow or the next day until it comes back online.

Medibuntu repo's are down for what ever reason. It's been like that for two days now. We all have that problem.
