because it is closed i cant request any CD it says it temporary closed

Although the program has also been vastly reduced because lots of people were ordering free printed CDs who really didn't need free printed CDs.

There is a neat solution, though!
See if there's a LoCo team near you (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeams) and go to their next meeting. They may have an assortment of CDs and other things, and you get to meet new people as well :)
