Error 15 with super grub

I had two ubuntu partitions. I went into disk utility and deleted one. Afterwards, I did a sudo update-grub, so I thought I'd be good. Unfortunately when I revolted I was not. I followed directions in this thread

and got to where I open up menu.lst, but don't know if I am supposed to edit anything, or???

I'd say, most likely, just deleting/reinstalling grub ought to fix your problem.

What version of Ubuntu are you using? 9.10 and up uses Grub2, 9.04 down uses Grub Legacy.

I'm sure you can find a supergrub boot CD here somewhere to fix things :)
