Wireless power making a comeback-

Imagine walking into your house, and no matter where you were, all your portable devices were "plugged in" w/o an power cords... No more netbook battery dying while you are sitting on the couch (our couch is in the middle of the room w/o no nearby outlets), no more forgetting to plug in the cell phone to charge it at night- etc...

Maybe there are bigger applications- but I'm a simple guy, and being a dad with numerous handheld devices in the house with chargers that the kids ALWAYS end up losing- this would be one step closer to my idea of utopia...

Now the bad news..... it would be completed around ~2040~
