I am dual booting win7 and Ubuntu 9.10 with wubi.
-If I don't select ubuntu, it will boot into win7.
I want to change it so I can go into ubuntu after 30SEC so I don't have to always select it.
Thanks for your Help~!

Please clarify: are you dual-booting or do you have a Wubi install?
As I understand it, "Wubi" installs and "dual-boot" aren't the same thing, and the boot-up process for each kind of installation is slightly different. "wubi" uses a portion of your Windows partition, and a dual-boot installation uses a separate partition for each OS.
edit: just saw your second post. :)

Changing the default boot order:
(XP).....http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/wubi#bootorder
(Vista,I would say 7 would be pretty close to the same)...http://www.lytebyte.com/2009/02/05/how-to-change-the-default-os-boot-order-between-windows-7-and-vista/
