Hi All

I have Ubuntu Lucid beta 2 installed on my pc, but i'd also like to use xfce too. Whats the best way to install, without effecting my current installation ?

Many Thanks

The release-agnostic answer is 'sudo apt-get install xfce4' (not xubuntu-desktop, which will change some things you probably don't want changed).

You should still be posting questions related to lucid in the Lucid Testing forum under Development & Testing. It's always possible that there's something Lucid specific that I'm not aware of.

You do not need to install xubuntu in it`s entirity to try xfce.
