hello ,i just want to ask anyone who knows how to setting every desktop workspace will have different desktop background ,if this thing can be done..really needed help....

If you are using the fancy desktop effects (compiz) then I believe that there is an option in the advanced settings to do that. I haven't messed with compiz in a while, so I'm not sure of the exact steps.

there used to be a small utility called

wallpapoz (http://wallpapoz.akbarhome.com/)

that would perform the task without the user losing the desktop icons.
