I was trying to get my Wacom Intuos3 6x11 to work under 9.10, and I seem to have messed up the driver for it. When I first plugged it in, it was instantly recognized and functioned like a mouse. I wanted pressure sensitivity, so I tried to follow the HOWTO at linuxwacom.sourceforge.net. Unfortunately, the procedure there is way over my head, and I had to quit after only getting partway through.

Now when I try to use my tablet, the cursor moves when I hover, but as soon as I touch the tip to the tablet, it stops. I have to take the pen away so it no longer registers and then when I bring it near, the cursor moves again.

No buttons work, and no clicks are registered.

I just need to revert the driver and configuration back to the ones that came with Ubuntu so I can follow advice elsewhere to get my tablet working,
