Thunderbird Mail

Hi All,
I’m using Thunderbird
For each receiving mail adding other mail on the message body and disappear the actual mail
I don’t know if this virus or what ?
But on the server , if login as webmail , the mail looking fine
But once download it on the inbox this problem happened
If open other profile or other mail inbox everything works fine but once I use existing inbox problem comes again
Kindly anyone have idea

Following what message body for all received mail :

I don't understand what you are asking. Can you supply a screenshot, maybe that will help us understand the question better.
