Don't feel bad, Cebu where my wife lives gets max of 32C with 34% Humidity max, out here in Bengal, we got 40C regular, 70% plus humidity and six hour power cuts on average so consider yourself blessed and I count my days when I will be in Cebu out of here.

same in mindanao gensan and davao I heard my friend got 9 hours brownout. 3 hours then after electricity comes another power cut again to 3 hours and another 3 hours. hot and brownout
