Flash on Firefox on ubuntu x64

I've ubuntu 9.10 x64 fully updated and I use the lastest available Firefox version. However I cant manage to get flash working.

If I try to install the ubuntu 8.10 .deb I get "wrong arquitecture" and the ubuntu 9.04+ APT get error with flash plugin.

Can anyone help me please ?
