How to remove Ubuntu

I have an old computer which has two hard drives C and D.
Windows XP is on drive C. Ubuntu is on drive D.
How can I easily remove Ubuntu from drive D and give that drive back to Windows?

do you have your windows xp install cd?
and a ubuntu licecd

both make this alot easier

I think that I have somewhere the Windows Install CD and the Ubuntu LiveCD.
