It sounds as though you are running the Beta of Lucid.

Before doing a partial upgrade, you might want to read this:

If you're running a pre-release version, it's worth keeping an eye on it to see what the latest problems are. And to read the stickies! :wink:

With regard to partial upgrades, the short version of the advice is to only let the upgrade manager do partial upgrades after a release has gone final.

I accidentally deleted some programs when I updated something once, you have to be careful and read exactly what the update will install and uninstall.
