Iso os coning

I have ubuntu 9.10 and i have been playing around with AWM/Compiz and other stuff and I made a Windows look alike. i want people making the change to linux to be somewhat in their comfort zone with the look and feel of windows on linux os ...i want to make an iso boot-disk to clone my os and settings onto another computer.. can it be done?
