error in demarrage de pc

after i have installed (dual boot)
the machine was working perfectly but now when i try to turn on one of my OS i have this message"kernel panic not syncing/attempted kill the idle task!
i'm confused what's going on ??

we are gonna need more details,
what are your partition tables, what OS did you install first and what os the second to make a dual boot between them.
How did you tried to install the 3rd OS.
