Hi,
First of all I am new to any linux although I was a windows engineer for 12 years!! I have put on Unbutu Netbook Remix both 9.1 and 10.04 beta and get the same following error.
When I try to run a Lexmark script to install a print driver, I am asked for the root password; I enter my user (as I am a superuser) and this does not work; I do a sudo login and try again still the same thing. I have even gone into the system and given the root a password and tried this but again it refuses all passwords.
Help!
