Dear Guys,

I know that this problem have been fixed so many times, but I have no clue to how get through it this time.

Well, I had skype well-working on Ubuntu 9.04 for a long time. I didn't experience any problem and among the sound devices, for the Microphone, I had the HDA INTEL ALCD268 plughw.
Now, this afternoon, my skype has started to give me problems. My voice is not clear anymore. After checking up the audio devices, I discovered that only the Pulseaudio options were available.
AFter looking a bit on this problem, I discovered that it must be disactivated, in order to not interfer with the other devices.
But, after disabling the pulseaudio, the device available on Ubuntu now are:
default, HDA INTEL ALC268 Analog (6 elements), hdmi (unknown) and headset (bluetooth). Unfortunately I'm not finding anymore the one who worked well. Any idea? The skype version is the 2.1.0.81.
Please, help me. :(
