You may have a borked iso. Have you tested it outside of virtualbox?

There may also be a problem with virtualbox. I googled your error and saw some people were complaining about it. Did you recently upgrade versions? Do you have other VMs that work? If this is the only vm you're trying to run, you may want to delete / reinstall virtualbox.
