Hi,

Having installed Kubuntu, I want to move the toolbar from the default position at the bottom of the screen, to the top of the screen, so I can use a dock application.

However, having looked at the settings, I can't see any option to re-position the toolbar to the top.

Is this possible and if so, how?

Thanks.

by toolbar I think you mean panel? first unlock plasma (right click >unlock widgets) now you will see the cashew icon on the panel like this :

the cashew is the rightmost little icon. click it.

now hover the mouse on screenedge, and drag the panel to the top of your screen. :)

Yes, I did mean the panel.

Thanks very much; that worked a treat.
I'd found the options available through the cashew previously, but couldn't identify how to move the panel to the top.
'Screen Edge' was the button I needed.

Cheers!
